Wake Up

You will soon die.

Your children will grow up before you know it and without you even getting to know them.
The right time to take risks and make choices will pass unnoticed before your distracted eyes.
The person to whom you did not have the courage to declare your love or fight for, will grow old next to somebody else.
The work that you didn’t feel able to undertake will be done by someone less capable, but braver than you. The most beautiful sunrises will follow one after the other while you sleep till the time you are accustomed to waking up.

Books containing the universe itself will remain sealed and dusty in your library because watching television is easier.

Incredible destinies will lie dormant and unfulfilled as you will spend your time paying attention to false needs, such as posession, appearance and what human beings call success, perfection, and power.
